idea to complete a trip inter-European, and in the minds of my colleagues - Catherine, was born quite a long time. Unfortunately, due to a general lack of time and other obstacles on the road tickets Pyrzowice - Stockholm Skavsta - Warsaw Okecie purchased only at the end of September. It was another idea strictly weekend trip - that is, above all, very tiring (only in concept as it turned out ;-)).
The next step was the choice of accommodation - that fell on the immortal Hotel Ibis. Belonging accommodation to the Accor Group and offers really good value for money. For 660SEK, which is approximately PLN 300, we have zabookować room 2 bed in a flexible fare (I have a fear of restrictive accommodation, then the price is indeed lower, but in the event of such cancellation, the hotel does not pay us a dime.) Ibis only drawback is that hotels are generally at a considerable distance to the center - we had located 20 minutes from him.
Departure from Katowice had 20.11 at 14:55. This forced me to the fact that already at 2 am I went by train TLK (ex. fast) from Gniezno by Wroclaw Katowice - early? Not necessarily, given that the fastest in the Silesian capital after more than I can be a hassle 6ścio hour on the train. Not only that, with 6 minutes in between flights in Wroclaw at the station a temporary (lasting reconstruction), where it is hard to fathom just about anything a miracle I managed to change. Finally in Katowice was scheduled for 8:50.

And this, we all know, the most beautiful looks from the air! Landing in the dark now and the fog - that is, except as usual for this region (exactly a year ago as I was here, the conditions identical).
What surprised me after leaving the plane is present everywhere ... snow! Coby did not say - the country north! To the great surprise at the airport did not find either the active or the cantor of the ATM. A ticket for the bus to the center (100 PLN RT) bought with a credit card in the machine (Debit VE is not acceptable ...). Specific climate, however, but the airport - probably the smallest of which I had the opportunity to be outside the Green Mountain. Transfer to downtown takes about 1:20 h, is direct and convenient.
In Stockholm, the rain found us - tolerable, but annoying. The night tours but not given up and just went where ever that is "ahead." Not having a map or GPSa was a small challenge, to somehow return to the main station, then the T-Centralen where it leaves our car at the hotel. No, but the two pilots of aircraft so we decided that our intuition certainly nowhere do not get lost ;-) As I have often mentioned, is my favorite Nordic region in Europe, so once again - was not disappointed. I appreciate the people for the preservation of order, order. My impression is that here everything is neatly organized, thoughtful and people representing a higher level than our Polish society - even in English. All around us, everywhere, all kinds of streets, which is a nicer lit! Were it not for the wet weather is likely soon to the hotel we go. And yes, unfortunately we were forced - to plan the next day wake up early in the morning and see city \u200b\u200bin the light of day.
one-way ticket on the metro will cost 18 SEK. But this is definitely the best transportation around the city, trains run an average of at 8min. So it's really convenient. From our stop to the hotel we have to overcome the 500m on foot - a little walk around the neighborhood small apartments (and so nice to see the sick bay). Accommodated in the Ibis and slowly finished the first day of departure ...
Although the morning we went back to the city 2 hours later than originally planned, we managed to still feel a little bit of climate and climate Stockholm rain again ... Time flies, as always, too quickly and before we saw we had to come back at 12:30 because we had a bus to the airport for which the dot stawiliśmy . A replay of the entertainment and 1:20 h driving on the highway with the typical Scandinavian views over the window - forests, woodlands, forests everywhere! Tiring journey, but just in such company can ride ;-) At the airport security line for a very small minority, and a moment later we are at our gate with an almost full bottle of 0.5 L Coca-Cola (which anyone missed the screening - or the effect of negligence, or actually at the end of these procedures to prohibit transfers of liquids pass into the junk).
At night flight back to Warsaw, came to us quite a new machine in the fleet of Wizz Air - A320 "HA-LPY.
